Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NNA Warfield (the "Service"), operated by NNA (the No Nut Association). When you use the Service you are contracting with NNA. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

The service

NNA Warfield is an online challenge app for the No Nut November season: daily check-ins, streaks, leaderboards, ranks and, with Premium+, friends, chat, duels and mini-games.

Your account

You must be of legal age in your country to use the Service. Provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
• harassing others or posting offensive, sexual or hateful content;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property;
• interfering with security, spreading malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

Intellectual property

NNA owns the Service and all related intellectual property, including software, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. You keep your own messages; you allow us to host and process them only to run the Service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Premium+ costs €4 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Service level

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. It is not medical or psychological advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NNA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law forbids it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
